I’m an Instructional Designer and e-Learning Developer passionate about creating learning experiences that are both impactful and engaging. With a strong foundation in Adult Learning Theory and Instructional Design principles, I specialize in transforming complex information into accessible, learner-centered content that supports professional growth and organizational success.
My background includes extensive experience in curriculum development, designing both Instructor-led training and Digital learning programs that align with strategic business goals. Whether developing role-based training for frontline employees or leadership development initiatives, I prioritize measurable outcomes and learner engagement. I approach each project with a problem-solving mindset, ensuring that every solution is backed by sound instructional methodology.
In terms of Technical proficiency, I’m skilled in using industry-standard eLearning authoring tools such as:
Articulate 360 Storyline & Rise (eLearning Design)
Vyond (Animated Video Production)
Camtasia (Screen Recording & Video Editing)
Instructional Video & Multimedia Development
Visually Compelling Interactive Course Design
User-Centered Learning Solutions
The Services I offer span the full learning development lifecycle which includes:
Training Needs Analysis to identify performance gaps, business objectives, audience characteristics, and business goals to ensure solutions are aligned with organizational strategy.
Course Design to develop interactive, scenario-based eLearning using Articulate Storyline, Rise, Vyond, and Camtasia.
Applying Adult Learning Theory, ADDIE, and SAM models to design instructionally sound learning.
Creating Job aids, Infographics, Microlearning modules and Knowledge checks to reinforce knowledge and skills thus enhancing learning experiences.
Designing Evaluations & Assessments that align with Kirkpatrick’s Levels of Evaluation to measure knowledge retention, skill application, and business impact.
Collaborating and Communicating with Subject Matter Experts (SME's), Stakeholders and other Team Members to transform training programs into high-impact learning solutions focused on engagement, accessibility, and measurable outcomes.
Project Management of the various stages of instructional design projects, from initial planning to implementation and evaluation.
My mission is to design learning that doesn’t just inform—it empowers. I look forward to collaborating with organizations seeking to elevate their training programs through thoughtful design, engaging content, and innovative learning strategies.
My Design Process
As an Instructional Designer, I take a structured yet flexible approach to developing impactful learning solutions. I combine the proven principles of the ADDIE model (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, Evaluate) with the agile, iterative nature of SAM (Successive Approximation Model) to ensure learning experiences are strategic, learner-centered, and results-driven. Keep scrolling to learn more about my end-to-end design process and how I bring learning to life.
Every successful learning solution begins with understanding the “why.” During the analysis phase, I collaborate with stakeholders to uncover performance gaps, define business goals, and identify what learners need to do differently.
I conduct learner analysis via interviews, surveys, task analysis, and data reviews to obtain a clear picture of the audience and learning environment. Whether using ADDIE’s structured front-end analysis or SAM’s iterative discovery process, I ensure the problem is accurately defined before proposing solutions.
This phase is where my use of creative strategy meets instructional rigor. I create detailed design documents, learning objectives, content outlines, and prototypes that reflect adult learning principles and cognitive load considerations. Components such as Kirkpatrick's levels of evaluation, SMART learning objectives, Scenario-based questions aligned to learning objectives, Backwards design, Gagne's nine events and content layout are thoughtfully evaluated during this phase.
Using SAM, I often work to prototype interactions, gather feedback, and iterate early. Whether designing instructor-led materials, blended programs, or self-paced eLearning, my goal is to map content to real-world application while aligning with business outcomes.
Here, I bring the design to life using authoring tools like Articulate Storyline 360, Articulate Rise 360, Vyond, Camtasia, Canva, Google Suite and PowerPoint to build visually compelling, interactive content.
I collaborate closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Stakeholders, and members of the development team, ensuring all materials meet quality standards and accessibility guidelines. Leveraging SAM, I test early, revise quickly, and refine based on learner feedback, keeping development agile and user-focused.
When implementing a project I publish the developed deliverables. In the case of e-Learning, I publish the SCORM files and pass them along to be uploaded to the LMS. I support if needed during facilitator briefings, and monitor launch performance.
Evaluation is ongoing and informed by Kirkpatrick’s levels of evaluation, gathering feedback, knowledge checks, and performance data. I use these insights to measure impact, recommend enhancements, and ensure the training delivers measurable results.
